Set up automatic daily exports for consistent backups:

  1. 1. Filter by date: Select "Today" or "Last 24 hours" in Notes Library
  2. 2. Select all: Use ⌘+A to select all notes from today
  3. 3. Quick export: Press ⌘+E or click "Export Selected"
