3. Audio and Transcription Data

Important: Smog AI processes audio in real-time to provide instant AI assistance. By default, audio data is not permanently stored on our servers after processing. Transcriptions are temporary and used only to generate AI responses during your active session.

If you choose to save transcripts or recordings (optional feature), this data is encrypted and stored securely in your account until you delete it.
